Impact McCormick will depart Oregon after the NCAA recently granted him a ninth year of eligibility, according to Daniel Chavkin of SI.com. The 260-pound tight end has been debilitated by numerous injuries during his lengthy collegiate career, though he was able to suit up for all 13 of the Ducks' games this season. McCormick accumulated 10 receptions (on 14 targets) for 66 yards and three touchdowns in 2022, and he'll now likely look for a new program where he can see additional opportunities for playing time and touches.
