Xzavier Henderson - Limited iin narrow winHenderson reeled in all two targets for 21 yards during Saturday's 19-13 victory over UCF.
ImpactBrendan Sorsby targeted Henderson only two times and the receiver made the most of what he was given. The lack of targets is somewhat puzzling considering his usual allotment of opportunities, but the Knights had some success pressuring Sorsby, leading him to dump the ball to Joe Royer often. Through six games, Henderson has 34 catches for 474 yards and four touchdowns.

Joe Royer - Logs eight catches in narrow winRoyer caught all eight targets for 84 yards during Saturday's 19-13 victory versus UCF.
ImpactRoyer caught every pass that head his way in the victory. Royer is an excellent security blanket for Brendan Sorsby, who is having a great year but needs a reliable check-down target. Royer, along with Xzavier Henderson and Tony Johnson, form an imposing fleet of receivers at Sorsby's disposal.

Brendan Sorsby - Two TDs and two picks in winSorsby was 25-for-38 passing for 241 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions during Saturday's 19-13 win versus UCF. He also had nine rushes for four yards with one touchdown.
ImpactSorsby thew a TD pass and also ran one in during the loss, but an otherwise solid line was tarnished with two costly interceptions. Although the Bearcats are much improved from last season, the team was generally sloppy on both sides of the ball and allowed UCF to get close in the closing minutes. Sorsby had only thrown one interception prior to Saturday, but he's still showing excellent numbers for the season. He's completed 66.2 percent of his passes and is responsible for 13 passing touchdowns and four rushing touchdowns through six games.
OCTOBER 13ā€¢ROTOWIRE
Kobe Hudson - Surpasses century mark in lossHudson had seven receptions (on 13 targets) for 114 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 19-13 loss versus Cincinnati.
ImpactJacurri Brown provided some extra production for UCF's receivers, and Hudson received the lion's share of it. Despite the loss, Hudson built on an already impressive resume in his final year of eligibility, with 23 catches, 477 yards and three touchdowns.
OCTOBER 13ā€¢ROTOWIRE
RJ Harvey - Excellent line despite lossHarvey recorded 17 rushes for 94 yards and gathered in all two targets for 31 yards during Saturday's 19-13 defeat versus Cincinnati.
ImpactHarvey remains a sole bright light in UCF's offense, but his voluminous totals haven't been enough to reverse the Knights' fortunes over the past two weeks. The back is ranked ninth nationally with 694 rishing yards and nine touchdowns.
OCTOBER 13ā€¢ROTOWIRE
Jacurri Brown - Replaces Jefferson at quarterbackBrown completed 13 of 20 passes for 207 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 19-13 loss versus Cincinnati. He also had 16 rushes for 84 yards.
ImpactSurprisingly, KJ Jefferson was benched after starting the first five games of the season. but the Knights still struggled to score with Brown under center. The Bearcats recorded one of their worst offensive performances and allowed UCF a chance to catch up late in the game, but the Knights' offensive line couldn't keep Brown upright after a last-ditch effort to score. It's an uncharacterisc start for the Knights, and it's currently unknown if Brown will continue at quarterback against Iowa State next week.
