Impact Carr is doing well in his recovery, as if he was the starting quarterback, Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman reportedly could've expedited his recovery process slightly. The true freshman quarterback is staring at a redshirt year, but it's a good sign for the gunslinger who looks like the future face of the Irish quarterback room.

Impact Carr, who fractured his elbow in late September, continues to work his way back from injury. The 6-foot-3 freshman quarterback has yet to begin throwing at practice, but the team believes he is nearing a return to full practice workloads.
