Tory Horton - Held in check vs. LonghornsHorton hauled in all five targets for 31 yards during Saturday's 52-0 defeat to Texas.
ImpactHorton, like the rest of the Colorado State offense, had a tough time finding any space against the Longhorns on Saturday. Still, the senior wideout accounted for 31 of the Rams 74 passing yards. Expectations will remain high for Horton going forward after posting back-to-back seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. Better results should be ahead, starting next week when CSU hosts Northern Colorado.

Justin Marshall - Lone bright stop on offenseMarshall notched 25 carries for 106 yards and hauled in his only target for one yard during Saturday's 52-0 defeat to Texas.
ImpactThe Rams couldn't find any sustained offense against the Longhorns, though Marshall's performance was certainly a silver lining. After rushing for 311 yards and two touchdowns in three games as a true freshman last year, it looks like Marshall is poised to be a workhorse for CSU this season -- no other back logged more than three carries Saturday.
