HC not optimistic about injury Texas A&M's head coach Mike Elko was not optimistic about Allen (undisclosed) after his injury Saturday, Travis L. Brown of KBTX Sports reports.

Impact Allen's Saturday night against New Mexico State ended with him logging a nine-yard reception, his first game with only one reception since Week 6. Texas A&M's head coach not being optimistic about the injury cannot clear him right away or perhaps even a few days afterward, making his injury status questionable going into the Aggies' Week 13 matchup at Auburn.
