Impact Starling entered the transfer portal back in November while redshirting the 2023 season with Virginia. The 6-foot senior will join Western Kentucky with 11 catches for 188 yards and two touchdowns across three years to his name, so he'll have plenty of room to grow with the Hilltoppers.

Impact Starling missed the last games of the season after suffering a broken arm in the first practice back to get ready for the bowl game, but he is back on the field and preparing for the season ahead. He was seen at the spring game receiving a 45-yard pass from freshman quarterback Davis Lane, and is heading into the 2022 season recovered from his injury.
