Lands at App State Price announced Wednesday via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to Appalachian State, joining the program as a graduate transfer from Texas A&M. Impact Price was one of several Aggies receivers who chose to enter the portal in December after Texas A&M struggled to a 5-7 record in 2022. The 6-foot-3, 200-pound wideout is set to earn his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M in May, so he'll stick around in College Station for the semester before joining Appalachian State over the summer. During his three-year run with the Aggies, Price appeared in 30 games and recorded five catches for 59 yards, seeing most of his action on special teams rather than offense. He'll arrive in Boone with up to two years of eligibility to use and should be in store for more involvement in the Appalachian State passing attack.
