Moving on from Southern Miss Crawford will enter the transfer portal, he announced on his personal X account.

Impact Crawford started three games for Southern Miss this season, but appeared in eight in total and tossed for 849 yards, no touchdowns and seven interceptions while completing just 41.7 percent of his passes. He did add 211 yards and three scores on the ground, but Crawford has some serious development to do as a passer at his next program, where he should have two seasons of eligibility.

Impact Plainly put, Southern Miss was awful offensively. Crawford completed fewer than 30 percent of his passes and threw three interceptions while being sacked five times. The negative rush yards and the turnovers resulted in a negative scoring day for Crawford. Now 1-8, it's tough to trust anybody in this Golden Eagles offense.
