Bullock is the favorite to start in 2025. However, he needs to get more mobile (minus-109 rushing yards) and hold onto the ball (seven fumbles).

Impact Given the opposition, two touchdowns and no turnovers is not too shabby. However, Bullock has really been the kind of the dump-offs the last two games. He's thrown the ball 58 times and racked up 256 yards.

Impact The Bulldogs just wanted Bullock to get the ball out and not screw things up. He managed to do that, and La Tech pulled off the upset. Of course, throwing 15 passes and totaling 66 yards is also bad however you slice it, especially when thinking about fantasy-related matters.

NOVEMBER 17 • ROTOWIRE

Throws three TDs, INT Bullock went 16-for-23 for 266 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception against JSU on Saturday, and he also lost a fumble.

Impact Bullock had emerged as the starting quarterback for the Bulldogs, though he got pulled last week against Sam Houston. He was placed back in the role and had his second-best game under center. Bullock will likely remain in the role, because he's a redshirt freshman on a team that won't end up bowl eligible. Might as well see if he's truly the QB of the future.

Impact Bullock went 16-for-25 for 148 yards and an interception against Sam Houston in Week 10 and was pulled in the second half in favor of Jack Turner. However, that won't affect Bullock's role going forward, at least for Week 11. Bullock has completed 65.9 percent of his passes this season while posting a 9:1 TD:INT.

Impact This was an ugly game, but competitive. The Bulldogs put Jack Turner in under center in the fourth quarter in hopes of giving the offense a boost, but they still lost 9-3. Turner did not do well enough to think Bullock won't remain the starter for Louisiana Tech.

Impact While Bullock has only had one big game this season, he also has shown some good signs given he is a redshirt freshman. He's completed 66.2 percent of his passes, and he has only turned the ball over once, losing a fumble.

Impact When you turn to a redshirt freshman at quarterback, you are willing to accept some ups and downs. Bullock has thrown for eight touchdowns and has zero picks, but there are flaws. Completing only 53.7 percent of your passes in a game is not ideal, and Bullock has also taken quite a few sacks, including five in this matchup.

Impact Bullock got his first collegiate start in La Tech's last game against FIU, where he was efficient but unremarkable. Luckily for him, his second start was against arguably the worst pass defense in all of FBS football. Even so, putting up great numbers against bad competition is indicative of something, and at the very least Bullock has earned another start.

Impact With La Tech's offense struggling, Bullock got to make his first start. He was the only quarterback to attempt a pass, so clearly the role was his. That being said, it took his 37 passes to get to 218 yards, and the Bulldogs' offense yielded 10 points in a loss. Don't be surprised if more tweaking under center occurs.

Impact Bullock has taken the majority of the first team reps in practice this week and is set to make his first career start. He will look to help improve an offense that struggled across their first three games when Jack Turner was starting at quarterback.
