Arik Gilbert - Currently not with team Gilbert is currently not with the team for personal reasons, Josh Pate of CBS Sports reports.
Impact Head coach Kirby Smart indicated Saturday that Gilbert, "is dealing with some personal issues" and "we hope to get him back soon." The former five-star recruit played his freshman season at LSU before entering the transfer portal with two games left in the season. He accumulated 35 receptions for 368 yards and two touchdowns across eight games prior to that decision. He subsequently committed to Florida before reneging and ultimatly landing at Georgia. Along with schools, the 19-year-old will also be changing positions from tight end to wide receiver in the upcoming season. It is unclear at this time how long he will be away from the team. The Bulldogs' season kicks off against Clemson on Sep. 4.

Impact Jackson is reportedly out at practice with his teammates but isn't ready to participate yet at full speed. Given the hefty list of injuries for the Bulldogs' out wide, it would certainly be beneficial if he can get back to full speed in the next week or two. Assuming that's the case, Jackson should be in line for a large number of reps in 2021.

Impact Blaylock's recovery appears to be coming slowly, as it looks like he's about at the same spot that he was a couple of weeks ago in regards to his practice status. He still has about a month before the season fires up but would likely aim to have at least a week or two with full contact as part of the mix for him to be available for the season opener.

Impact Rosemy was limited during the spring due to a dislocated ankle injury dating back to the previous season. Fortunately, it appears he's all systems go for camp, providing the Bulldogs with some extra help at a wide receiver position dealing with a lot of injuries at the moment. Rosemy isn't guaranteed to see consistent work but could find his way to the field some in 2021 if he stands out over the next few weeks.
