Trevor Etienne - DUI charges dropped after plea deal Etienne took a plea deal in July following his arrest on charges of driving under the influence in March, FOX 5 Atlanta reports. Impact Etienne has received a sentence of 12 months probation, was ordered to pay two fines and will have to complete community service as part of his plea deal. His status for the upcoming season -- his first in Athens after two productive seasons at Florida -- is still in question. He still could face disciplinary action from his team or the NCAA, but his plea deal may help his case to avoid that. The Bulldogs' season starts in less than a month, so Etienne will likely not have to wait much longer to know his fate.
