The senior receiver has now hauled in four touchdowns in the team's last four games, though a dud outing of one catch for seven yards last week against Maryland certainly leads to questions about his consistency moving forward. Saturday's bye will give Williams and the Hoosiers a breather before a home matchup against Nebraska the following week.

Impact Lawton found the end zone on a one-yard plunge in the fourth quarter, giving the Hoosiers a 10-point lead late in the game against Northwestern. The senior running back has now scored four touchdowns in the team's last three games, running for 180 yards on 36 carries in that time as well. Despite the team's committee-style approach to the backfield, Lawton has carved out a productive role within the Indiana offense and will likely continue to be a solid option moving forward. His next opportunity will come when the Hoosiers host Nebraska following this week's bye.

Impact Ellison found the end zone on a five-yard run to open up the scoring in the first quarter, extending his scoring streak to five consecutive games. The senior running back led the team in both yards and carries on the day, marking the fourth time in the team's first six games he led the Hoosiers in rushing attempts. Despite the committee approach the Indiana coaching staff clearly favors, Ellison has carved out a solid role for himself within the offense and will continue to be a solid option moving forward. A home matchup against Nebraska awaits following Saturday's bye.

Impact Rourke had arguably his best game of the season on his way to leading the Indiana offense to their fifth consecutive 40-plus point performance. The senior quarterback found the end zone on a trio of touchdown passes to receivers Ke'Shawn Williams and Miles Cross, as well as tight end Zach Horton, respectively, and connected with eight different receivers on the day. Though the Hoosiers appear to be prone to giving up points on defense, Rourke and the offense are clearly capable of keeping them in just about any game. A home game against Nebraska awaits following the team's bye week.
