Checks out of transfer portal Garcia-Castaneda withdrew his name from the transfer portal Monday, Zack Carpenter of Rivals.com reports.

Impact Garcia-Castaneda originally publicized his intention to leave Nebraska back on Oct. 11, after he had previously committed to the program from New Mexico State prior to the start of this past season. However, he's since had a change of heart and is now slated to rejoin the Cornhuskers this fall. The 185-pound wide receiver caught four passes for 120 yards and a touchdown in Nebraska's season opener, but he proceeded to record just one reception for no gain across his next four game appearances.
