ImpactThe fumble isn't great, but it is also the first fumble he's lost this season. What's encouraging is that Mitchell did this with Grayson James under center. Previously, Mitchell's one bad game this season came in James' one start of the year.

ImpactJames was the starter when the season began, but after looking pretty brutal he ceded the job to freshman Keyone Jenkins. Jenkins has had his moments, but he's struggled recently, including in his brief appearance in this game. Bowl eligibility is theoretically possible for the Panthers, who need two wins in their final three games. Could they turn to the veteran under center to try and make that happen?

ImpactIt was going to be interesting to see what happened in this game, as Malik Jackson and Ron Wiggins both returned from injury. Throw in Zion Webb being the top running threat, even though he's the quarterback, and this situation looks murky.
