That score salvaged a low-volume performance as the starting running back failed to see double-digit touches for the first time this year. This had a lot to do with West Virginia's gameplan which was centered around QB Garrett Green who led the team with 17 carries and was successful through the air. Fellow RB CJ Donaldson had just six carries as well in the win. West Virginia is off next week before playing at Oklahoma State.
