Taking part in spring Williams (undisclosed) is participating in spring practice, Nate Mink of Syracuse.com reports.

Impact Williams didn't appear in a game for the Orange all of last season, though it's possible that was partially due to him taking a redshirt campaign. Even so, he would be allowed to appear in up to four games and still redshirt, suggesting he was relatively low on the depth chart last season. He wasn't listed among the five wideouts working with the first-team offense during the spring game either, suggesting Williams remains relatively far down the list.

Not dressed Saturday Williams (undisclosed) is not dressed for Saturday's game against Rutgers, according to Stephen Bailey of 247Sports.com.

Impact Williams didn't feature in Week 1 and is not dressed for the second game of the season, either. His next chance to play will come in Week 3 against Albany.
