Expect Higgins to be a primary target when Iowa State finishes the year at Utah and at home against Kansas State.

Impact Higgins has recorded double-digit targets for the third straight week and for the sixth time this year. His 93 targets on the season are a career-high for the senior receiver. It was teammate Jaylin Noel who had two touchdowns against the Jayhawks, but that shouldn't stop Higgins from remaining in fantasy lineups moving forward. Iowa State will play Cincinnati next week.
