Impact Sargent quickly emerged as Kaden Anderson's go-to option Saturday before hauling in a 68-yard touchdown that put the Cowboys ahead 28-21 in the second quarter. The junior Sargent hadn't had more than two catches in a game coming into the day, totaling just 131 yards and a touchdown on eight grabs in his first eight contests. With Anderson likely to remain under center, Sargent should see a significant uptick in production down the stretch.

Impact Sargent didn't see a ton of chances against the Aztecs though he made them count, bringing in a 70-yard score in the opening quarter for his first collegiate touchdown. The 6-foot-2 wideout had just four receptions for 35 yards in five games coming into Saturday's contest. Sargent isn't likely to offer consistent production going forward in what's been a tepid Wyoming passing offense.
