Participates in Georgia State game Phifer (concussion) participated in James Madison's 38-7 win Saturday against Georgia State.
In concussion protocol Phifer (concussion) is out Saturday at Georgia Southern, Shane Mettlen of the Daily News-Record reports.
Impact Phifer will miss Saturday's game as he is in concussion protocol. He already missed last week, presumably also in concussion protocol, so he may be able to return next Saturday versus Southern Miss.
