Heading to Norman Martin announced Tuesday he is transferring to Oklahoma, Josh Callaway of 247Sports reports.

Impact Martin appeared in seven games for the Golden Bears in his true freshman season, totaling 12 catches for 112 yards while also adding 44 yards and a score on the ground. He is the fourth receiver to commit to the Sooners out of the portal and will work to get more involved in his new offense.
