Impact Helms was limited during spring practices due to a knee injury suffered during the 2023 season, but he's now back at practice and preparing for the upcoming campaign. The 6-foot-5 tight end reportedly looked more like a wide receiver than tight end in drills, which could possibly open up his opportunities in the passing game this season.

Impact Helms will reportedly be limited in spring practices while recovering from a knee injured suffered last season. The six-foot-five tight end failed to make an appearance in 2023 before his season-ending injury and caught just one pass for four yards for the Sooners in 2022.
