Katravis Marsh in "great spirits" after successful neck surgery Marsh exited in the fourth quarter of Saturday's game and was taken to Tampa General Hospital.
Seeing first-team reps Coach Jeff Scott said Marsh was getting reps under center with the first-team offense this spring, Will Turner of 247Sports.com reports.
Impact Marsh still appears to be the second quarterback to work with the first-team offense behind primary starter Timmy McClain. Marsh contemplated transferring from South Florida after a subpar performance in which he threw three interceptions in his sole start of the 2021 season. Scott also mentioned that he would not officially announce the team's starting quarterback until the first week of the 2022 regular season, but Marsh will likely have a long way to go to win the job this offseason.
