Moving back to running back Jones is changing positions from wide receiver to running back, James H. Williams of The Orange County Register reports.

Impact Jones converted from running back to wide receiver during the summer of 2023. It did not pan out, considering he logged many more yards and multiple touchdowns as a rusher that year. Jones finished 2023 with 229 scrimmage yards and two TDs. Regardless of the senior's position, he is expected to be a threat for UCLA nonetheless.
