Impact Adams has been slowly working his way back, and was ramping up with non-contact drills prior to the Tigers' scrimmage. However, he appears to be back to full capacity after playing in the simulated action Saturday. The tailback, who should help provide depth behind Phil Mafah, is trending towards being available for Clemson's marquee opener against Georgia between the hedges.

Impact Adams seems to be trending in the right direction in his recovery process, but he hasn't joined the full-contact practices yet. There's still time for him to be fully healthy ahead of the Week 1 matchup against Georgia, and his recovery in the coming weeks will be key to determine whether he can be an asset out of the backfield when the Tigers open their season on Aug. 31.
