Rushes for TD
Joseph ran seven times for 40 yards and a score against CMU on Saturday.
Impact
Joseph is healthy after missing basically all of 2023. His lost time has led to a diminished role, though. Both Kejon Owens and Shomari Lawrence got more carries, and Owens has clearly been a better back this season.

Full participant in fall camp
Joseph (knee) is a full participant in Florida International's fall camp, Kevin Barral of Sports Illustrated reports.
Impact
For the first time since the spring of 2023, Joseph is physically healthy. Now, he can focus on re-establishing himself as an excellent option at running back for Florida International's football program. Its 2022 team benefited from what is currently his career year, which included 705 scrimmage yards (536 rushing and 169 receiving) and seven touchdowns (all but two rushing). For at least a similar output during 2024, Joseph will have to beat out Shomari Lawrence in FIU's pecking order of running backs.

Working no-contact
Joseph (undisclosed) is wearing a yellow no-contact jersey as FIU opens spring practice, Kevin Barral of Sports Illustrated reports.
Impact
Joseph, who missed the entire 2023 season due to injury, is expected to shed his no-contact workload in the next few weeks. The 5-foot-9 senior last saw a full workload in 2022, handling 108 carries for 536 yards and five scores, adding on 29 receptions for 169 yards and two receiving touchdowns.

Returns to action
Joseph (knee) is healthy as the Panthers begin spring practices, Kevin Barral of Sports Illustrated reports.
Impact
Joseph, who suffered a preseason ACL tear that kept him out for the entire 2023 season, is back in action as FIU takes the field in the spring. The 5-foot-9 senior, who turned 137 total touches into 705 yards and seven touchdowns in 2022, will look to pick up where he left off to start the 2024 season.

Held to 31 yards on the ground

Back after broken wrist
Joseph (wrist) is back at practice with no limitations, SB Nation reports.
Impact
Joseph broke his wrist last November and missed the end of the 2020 season. He was the lead dog when Shaun Peterson went down with a knee injury in October, but opened the door for D'Vonte Price. The three of them will likely all get carries this season.
