Leaving Duke Murphy has announced his intentions to enter the transfer portal, Pete Thamel of ESPN.com reports. Impact Murphy has made the decision to explore the portal after spending the last couple seasons with the Blue Devils. The 6-foot-5 redshirt sophomore, who won the starting job following the departure of Riley Leonard, threw for 2,933 yards (254-of-421), 26 touchdowns and 12 interceptions across 12 games, adding on two touchdowns with his legs. Murphy is sure to draw multiple power-five opportunities in the portal following his success as a starter with Duke.
