He broke out with 73 yards on seven carries and scored his first career touchdown, a 14-yard rush in the second quarter. With Greg Desrosiers (collarbone) missing the game, Bodiford stepped up as the Tigers' No. 2 back. If Desrosiers or Mario Anderson are forced to miss any time, Bodiford proved on Saturday that he's capable of stepping up.
