Impact Not only is Hornsby joining a new team but he will also be converting to wide receiver for the 2024 season. As a quarterback, he completed eight of 15 passes for 83 yards and one interception across four appearances during the 2023 campaign.

Impact Hornsby will look for an opportunity with a new program this offseason after a one-year stint with Texas State. The 6-foot-2 junior saw action in seven games with the Bobcats, totaling 83 passing yards (8-of-15) and one interception, along with 229 rushing yards and six scores on the ground. Hornsby, who previously spent three seasons with Arkansas has shown his dynamic rushing ability throughout college.

Impact Hornsby was handed the ball for the second half in place of TJ Finley but only attempted eight passes. However, he was impactful as a rusher, tucking it 16 times for 52 yards and two touchdowns. While Finley was benched during the contest, he's expected to remain the starter moving forward.
