Impact Spiker spent three seasons at Washington but only saw action during 2019 when he appeared in 10 games and had just three receptions for 67 yards. He was ranked as the No. 14 wide receiver in the nation by ESPN in 2018 and set the California high school record with 72 career receiving touchdowns. He'll look to get back on track in what should be a very dangerous offense with Carson Strong starting under center for another year.
