Out after ACL surgery Smith (knee) will miss the rest of the season after undergoing surgery to repair a torn ACL, Stephen Wiseman of The Raleigh News & Observer reports.

Impact Smith suffered the injury during Friday's season-opening loss to Charlotte and will be sidelined for the rest of the 2021 campaign. Given the timing of the injury, he could be fully recovered for the start of next season if he can avoid any setbacks.
