Commits to Arkansas Shipley announced his commitment to Arkansas on Sunday.

Impact Shipley will transfer to Arkansas for his last season of collegiate eligibility. Excluding his freshman year, the redshirt senior made more than 75 percent of at least 18 field goals as an undergraduate student. Across four seasons with Hawaii, he made all but three of his 127 extra points attempted. Should fellow kicker Cam Little stay enrolled at Arkansas, Shipley is expected to provide some stiff competition for placekicking opportunities.
