Heading for draft after CFP Duggan announced Sunday via his personal Twitter account that he will enter the 2023 NFL Draft once TCU concludes its postseason. Impact Duggan had another year of collegiate eligibility remaining, but he'll instead take his talents to the next level coming off a season in which he finished as the runner-up for the Heisman Trophy to USC's Caleb Williams. After losing out to Chandler Morris in fall camp for the Horned Frogs' starting quarterback job, Duggan replaced an injured Morris in Week 1 and proceeded to turn in a season for the ages. He helped lead TCU to a 12-1 record while completing 64.9 percent of his throws for 9.0 yards per attempt and a 30:4 TD:INT to go with 404 yards and six scores on the ground. Duggan and the Horned Frogs will return to action Dec. 31 against Michigan in the Fiesta Bowl in a semifinal matchup of the College Football Playoff.
