Back on the gridiron Ezeike (hamstring) was in uniform for Saturday's game against Alabama State but did not end up seeing the field, Ben Bolch of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Impact After tweaking his hamstring in the opener, Ezeike was able to suit up for Week 2, although ultimately never entered the game, likely as a precautionary measure with the Bruins facing an FCS program. The 5th year product hasn't gotten much action over the course of his college career but could play a larger role this season after initially being listed as the team's starting tight end in Week 1.
