ImpactJackson logged 100 receiving yards for the second week in a row after eclipsing 70 yards just once through the first six games. The senior wideout also once again accounted for the majority of targets from starting Gophers quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis (14-for-22 passing, 200 yards, one touchdown). Jackson has now accumulated 14 catches on 22 targets over the last two weeks, and he has totaled six touchdowns on 66 targets this season while also accumulating almost twice as many receptions and yards as Minnesota's next-closest receiver this season.

ImpactNubin got his first significant playing time of the season after tallying just six carries through the first eight weeks. With top running backs Darius Taylor (undisclosed) and Zach Evans (undisclosed) both sidelined, the redshirt sophomore got the start ahead of graduate senior Sean Tyler (two carries, two yards. Nubin's massive workload also led to the first two rushing touchdowns of his career, tallying an 18-yard score early in the fourth quarter followed by a two-yard score with just over four minutes left. Nubin could be called upon once again if Taylor and Evans remain sidelined against Illinois on Saturday, Nov. 4.
