Blake Corum - Plans to be ready for Week 1 Corum (knee) said Thursday that he'll be "100 percent" healthy for Michigan's Sept. 2 season opener versus East Carolina, the Associated Press reports. Impact Before sitting out Michigan's Big Ten Championship Game win over Purdue as well as the Wolverines' loss to TCU in a College Football Playoff semifinal contest, Corum took home All-American honors after a brilliant regular season in which he accounted for 1,543 total yards and 19 touchdowns. After he underwent surgery on his left knee in December, the running back then opted to stick in school for his senior season rather than declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft. While Corum sat out Michigan's spring practices, head coach Jim Harbaugh said that he expects the running back to be back to full strength by June, according to Adam Rittenberg of ESPN.com reports. Corum has already been cleared to run on an anti-gravity treadmill, and he expects to be available for all football activities by the summer, assuming doctors are willing to give him the green light.
