Kalel Mullings - Productive day in victory Mullings had 15 carries for 153 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 28-18 victory over Arkansas State. Impact Mullings was very efficient in his opportunities against Arkansas State, averaging 10.2 YPC on the day. The senior running back also found the end zone for the first (and second) times this season, on runs of 30 and five yards in the first and second quarters, respectively. Though fellow running back Donovan Edwards saw more touches on the day, Mullings was the more productive of the two, nearly doubling up Edwards in terms of yardage on the ground. A fair split between the two is likely to continue moving forward, but Mullings will continue to get opportunities given the production he is clearly capable of. A home test against USC to open the conference season awaits on Saturday.
