Darius Taylor - Monster day in victory Taylor notched 11 rushes for 124 yards and two touchdowns and reeled in all five targets for 37 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 27-0 win over Nevada. Impact Taylor hit a trifecta against the Wolfpack, scoring twice on the ground and once through the air as a receiver. The dynamic sophomore was efficient in his performance, averaging 11.3 YPC en route to a blowout win. Taylor's first score came on a 10-yard pass from quarterback Max Brosmer in the second quarter, which he followed up with a 4-yard run to end the first half. An explosive 80-yard scamper capped off the scoring on the day, stretching out the Minnesota lead to an insurmountable sum in the third quarter. Taylor will hope to build on his dynamic performance against Iowa on Saturday for the start of Big Ten conference play.
