ImpactAkharaiyi was previously listed as questionable after missing Mississippi State's season opener against Eastern Kentucky with an undisclosed injury, but the senior managed to make his season debut for the Bulldogs against Arizona State. The former UTEP transfer was an impact player for the Miners in 2023, catching 48 passes for 1,033 yards and seven touchdowns, and will hope to make an impact for Mississippi State in 2024. Akharaiyi's next opportunity will come when the Bulldogs host Toledo on Saturday.
