Evan Wysong - Played lone snap SaturdayWysong (undisclosed) played a single snap, failing to record a stat for New Mexico in their Week 1 61-39 loss to Arizona.
ImpactWysong previously had not dressed for the Lobos' season opener against Montana State, but the redshirt freshman receiver managed to log a single snap agaisnt Arizona. Though he failed to record a counting stat in the game, it's a good sign that he was able to return to the field. Wysong will hope to work his way into a larger role within the offense throughout the 2024 season, starting when New Mexico travels to face Auburn following their bye on Saturday.

Tetairoa McMillan - Stellar production in openerMcMillan posted 10 receptions for 304 yards and four touchdowns during Saturday's 61-39 win against New Mexico.
ImpactMcMillan set a school record on Saturday via his voluminous yardage total. Whispers began about a Heisman campaign after this result, and there's merit to the rumor based on his amazing synergy with QB Noah Fifita. Although there were some excellent lines from receivers throughout the country in Week 1, no one came close to McMillan's numbers in Week 1. For now, he is in a class by himself.

Quali Conley - Finds end zone three timesConley totaled 10 carries for 90 yards and three touchdowns during Saturday's 61-39 win versus New Mexico.
ImpactAlthough Jacory Croskey-Merritt logged more rushing yards, it was Conley who had a nose for the end zone. Conley followed his coach from San Jose State to shore up a very thin running back room due to the departures of Michael Wiley and Jonah Coleman. If the opener is any indication, it appears that there will be plenty of opportunity for both transfer backs to have fantasy relevancy this season.
