ImpactThough Paul was a Georgia transfer who actually saw the field a bit for the program in 2023, he hasn't earned a role with Jacksonville State. Paul came into this game having gotten six total carries this season, and his touchdown came in the third quarter when the score was already 33-6.

Tre Stewart - Another big gameStewart ran 21 times for 118 yards and two scores against NMSU on Wednesday. He also caught one pass for a 32-yard touchdown.

ImpactFor some reason, Stewart wasn't part of the equation early, but he's been a force on the field since earning a regular role. In addition to his receiving score today (admittedly Stewart isn't a big part of the pass game), the senior back has run the ball 78 times for 401 yards and nine touchdowns over his last four outings.

Tyler Huff - Tallies three TDsHuff went 11-for-18 for 196 yards and two touchdowns against NMSU on Wednesday. He also ran 13 times for 58 yards and a touchdown.

ImpactThat makes two games in a row with three touchdowns for Huff. While he's only thrown for over 200 yards twice this season, his role in the run game is legitimate. Over his last five games Huff has run the ball 71 times for 492 yards and six scores.

ImpactThis is Johnson's first touchdown since the 2021 season, and he came into this game with 72 total yards on the 2024 campaign.

ImpactOnly once has McGowan failed to notch 50 total yards this season. There is concern in the fact McGowan doesn't have a touchdown since Week 2, but he gets the most touches in this offense, and there are some easy matchups to come.

Mike Washington - Rushes for 76 yardsWashington ran 13 times for 76 yards Wednesday versus JSU.

ImpactThis is the fourth time this season that Washington has gotten double-digit touches, and in each of those games he's had at least 50 total yards. While Seth McGowan also regularly gets double-digit touches, NMSU's quarterbacks are so bad the offense needs to rely on the run games.
