Mike Washington - Leads NMSU on receivingWashington ran 12 times for 37 yards and had two catches for 24 yards versus Texas A&M on Saturday.
ImpactWashington actually led NMSU in receiving yards, and was the only player on the team with multiple receptions. However, he only has seven catches all year, so that's probably an anomaly. Also, this passing offense is terrible.

Seth McGowan - Rushes for 75 yardsMcGowan ran 14 times for 75 yards versus Texas A&M on Saturday.
ImpactMcGowan was a bright spot for NMSU. He gained 75 yards and averaged 5.4 yards per carry against an SEC team, after all. McGowan should be able to run all over MTSU next week if given an opportunity.

Brandon Nunez - Sees action againNunez went 1-for-4 for 12 yards and ran two times for eight yards against Texas A&M on Saturday.
ImpactOnce again, Santino Marucci was pulled and Nunez saw some action. Granted, this was always going to be a blowout loss against a top SEC team. The question is how much action Nunez sees against the remaining two conference opponents.

Santino Marucci - Bad day against Texas A&MMarucci went 6-for-19 for 80 yards against Texas A&M on Saturday.
ImpactYes, this game was always going to be a rough one for New Mexico's Aggies against A&M's Aggies. Even so, Marucci didn't even complete one-third of his passes, and Brandon Nunez saw some time again. Both have been bad, but it will be interesting to see who plays more against MTSU next week.
