ImpactHammond, a true freshman, received his first game action at Texas Tech. Starter Behren Morton was fantastic against North Texas and only needed to play the first half. This allowed for the Red Raiders to get a look at their future prospects at quarterback. Texas Tech will play Arizona State next week.
