Beau Pribula - Leads win in reliefPribula was 11-for-13 passing for 98 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 28-13 victory against Wisconsin. He also had six rushes for 28 yards.
ImpactPribula took over after starting Drew Allar was ruled out with a knee injury suffered shortly before the end of the first half. The redshirt junior backup piloted a ground-and-pound gameplan for the Badgers offense in the second half. Pribula regularly rotated in as a change-of-pace rushing quarterback during the first six games of the season, and he repeatedly showed the value of his legs when he kept a few quarterback option runs. The 6-foot-2 led back-to-back scoring drives in the second half, starting with a three-yard touchdown pass to tight end Khalil Dinkins. Penn State coach James Franklin did not provide an update on Allar's status following Saturday's win, so it could be Pribula under center when the Nittany Lions welcome No. 4 Ohio State to Happy Valley next Saturday.

Nicholas Singleton - Tallies 86 total yards in winSingleton accrued 12 rushes for 49 yards and hauled in 3 of 4 targets for 37 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 28-13 win against Wisconsin.
ImpactSingleton caught a touchdown while also totaling under 100 yards for the second game in a row. His touchdown reception was arguably more impressive Saturday, as he pulled off a one-handed grab while in tight coverage in the low red zone. The explosive junior running back accumulated 100 total yards in each of the first four games of the season, but his efficiency as a rusher has held him back despite his increased production as a pass-catcher recently. Singleton has still accrued seven touchdowns this season, including at least one in each of his six games this season. He'll likely need to make a few big plays in order for the Nittany Lions to beat No. 4 Ohio State at home this coming Saturday.

Tyler Warren - Tallies nine touches Week 9Warren tallied seven receptions (on eight targets) for 46 yards during Saturday's 28-13 win against Wisconsin.
ImpactWarren followed up his record-tying performance Week 7 with yet another versatile, do-it-all outing versus Wisconsin. The 6-foot-6 senior logged two rushes while lined up as a wildcat quarterback on the goal line, but he was ultimately held out of the end zone for just the second time this season. Warren also essentially served as a rusher on multiple shovel passes in short-yardage situations. While Warren has necessarily stretched the field on a regular basis this season, he's been extremely sure-handed with 47 catches on 56 targets for 559 yards. Warren's unique role should continue to make him one of the most productive tight ends in Power-4 football moving forward.

Kaytron Allen - Scores again in winAllen totaled 11 carries for 86 yards and one touchdown and caught 4 of 5 targets for 22 yards during Saturday's 28-13 win over Wisconsin.
ImpactAllen logged a rushing touchdown for the fourth game in a row despite logging fewer carries than any other game during this stretch. The junior running back salted away this win with a 24-yard scamper late in the fourth quarter. Allen still logged fewer carries than fellow running back Nicholas Singleton (12), as the latter has typically been the slight favorite out of the backfield when both are healthy. Through four Big Ten games, Allen has averaged 16.5 rushing attempts for 80.5 yards. Starting quarterback Drew Allar was also ruled out with a leg injury suffered just before the end of the first half, and the Nittany Lions seemed to employ more of a ground-and-pound offensive gameplan with Beau Pribula in at quarterback for the entire second half. Allen and Singleton may have to shoulder bigger workloads if Allar is sidelined for next week's marquee matchup versus No. 4 Ohio State.

Braedyn Locke - Throws bad interception in lossLocke was 22-for-42 passing for 217 yards and one interception during Saturday's 28-13 defeat to Penn State.
ImpactLocke fell flat after three straight encouraging outing in the Badgers resurgent offense. The redshirt junior threw a back-breaking pick six while backed up on his own goal line in the second half, and the Badgers couldn't come back after falling behind 14-10. With RB1 Tawee Walker limited to just 59 rushing yards on 22 carries, Locke had to work without the support of a complementary rushing game, resulting in his most passing attempts and his lowest yards per attempt (5.2) of any of his five starts this season. He has also tallied eight touchdowns to seven turnovers over this span. Locke will likely have to raise his game for the Badgers to get a win on the road against a tough Iowa defense next week.
