Payne Durham - Notches first two scores of season Durham caught all but one of his 10 targets for 83 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 32-29 loss to Syracuse. Impact Durham registered far and away his most productive outing of the 2022 season during the Boilermakers last-minute loss to the Orange. The 6-foot-5, 255-pound tight end hauled in both of his receiving scores during the fourth quarter of Sunday's loss, including a 12-yard catch to put Purdue up by four points with less than a minute remaining. As a result, Durham finished as his team's second-leading receiver behind Charlie Jones (11 receptions, 14 targets, 188 yards) as wideout Broc Thompson (knee) failed to make the trip out to Syracuse. The big receiving option will likely once again serve as the No. 2 target for quarterback Aidan O'Connell should Thompson continue to remain out next Saturday against Florida Atlantic.
