Catches TD in Week 1 Flores Jr. notched three receptions (on eight targets) for 102 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 16-13 victory versus Hawaii. Impact Flores failed to connect with quarterback Ethan Garbers for most of the night, as the signal-caller went 19-for-38 passing for 272 yards and one touchdown to two interceptions. However, these two came through with a 39-yard connection in the end zone that got UCLA on the board early in the third quarter. Flores also easily led the team in receiving yards, and he still tied with J. Michael Sturdivant and tight end Moliki Matavoa for a team-high in receptions Saturday. After catching 27 passes for 392 yards across 12 games at Notre Dame last season, it appears that Flores is now in line to be one of the Bruins' starting wideouts moving forward this season.
