Harvey has been the centerpiece of UCF's offense this season and has excelled in every game despite the numerous questions that surfaced at the quarterback position.

Impact While Harvey is virtually matchup-pro of, he looks Heisman-worthy when all the cylinders are humming in the passing game. He ran for three scores and compiled his second best rushing total of the season in the decisive win, vaulting him to third in the country with 1,201 rushing yards.

Impact Amid UCF's several struggles, Harvey has remained consistent. His voluminous output has vaulted to third place in the FBS behind Ashton Jeanty and Kaleb Johnson with 1,017 yards and 13 touchdowns. It's evident that Harvey is immune from the numerous shortcomings plaguing the team.
