Impact Griffin has entered the transfer portal as a grad transfer, and he'll now prepare for the 2025 season with a new program after failing to make an impact with UTSA. Through four appearances this season, Griffin was limited to just 17 carries for 44 yards, so he'll be looking for a more prominent role elsewhere.

Scores TD in loss Griffin recorded four carries for 25 yards and one touchdown and caught 3 of 4 targets for 11 yards during Friday's 29-16 loss versus Tulane.

Impact Griffin scored his fifth touchdown of the season Friday, a 23-yard run in the first quarter to tie the game at 7-7. Besides a few carries that went no where and three catches for 11 yards, that was it for Griffin's production as he returned to the No. 3 option in the backfield with Kevorian Barnes returning from injury.

Impact Griffin led the team in rushing Saturday despite being out-carried 19-12 by Robert Henry. Both backs benefitted with Kevorian Barnes missing the contest, and even though Henry took the lead, there was still plenty of work for Griffin. Griffin also scored a touchdown, his fourth of the season and his third in the past four games.

Impact Griffin scored his third touchdown of the season Saturday, a seven-yard rush in the second quarter to take the 24-10 lead. He was one of four Roadrunners to have at least 10 carries in the game, proving once again how split the running game is. He has been quite productive in the last three weeks, and with two favorable matchups coming up he could be a sleeper play in deeper formats.

Impact Griffin came into Saturday's game with a questionable designation and not only played, but led the Roadrunners in rushing attempts and scored a touchdown. He was one of three running backs to rush at least 10 times for at least 50 yards versus FAU. While he sits third on the depth chart, he still sees a fair number of touches which is sometimes enough in the Roadrunners' productive offense.
