Impact Wimsatt has completed 10-of-23 passes for 117 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions in three games this season. However, with Noah Vedral returning and Wimsatt still recovering from injury, he is doubtful Friday.

Impact With Gavin Wimsatt working his way back from a lower body injury, Noah Vedral has been named the starter, but Simon is expected to handle some reps under center on Friday. The sophomore quarterback has appeared in five games this season, logging 640 yards (65-of-107), four touchdowns and three interceptions. Rutgers has been working in both Simon and Wimsatt this season, but Vedral has only carried the ball for the Scarlet Knights this season. It remains to be seen how the workload will be split on Friday.
