Headed to Bloomington Preston will transfer to Indiana, per On3.com.

Impact Preston is coming off a stellar year with Tulane, reeling in 43 catches for 723 yards and four touchdowns in a breakout season for the wideout. Now, with one year of eligibility remaining, Preston will take his talents to Bloomington, where he'll look to instantly earn a starting role with the Hoosiers. This is a big get for an Indiana team that needs to reload on pass-catchers this offseason.
