LaNorris Sellers - Slated to return to South Carolina Sellers is nearing a deal to return to South Carolina for 2026, Pete Thamel of ESPN reports.

Impact Even though Sellers' statistical production was lackluster in 2025 compared to 2024, he is one of college football's more proven quarterbacks, so his return to South Carolina is a big deal. Even with the Gamecocks' struggles, he still completed at least 175 passes for over 2,000 passing yards. Sellers will look to stay healthy and establish better consistency so that he can reach 25 touchdowns again, something he did in 2024 but was far from the mark in for 2025.

Impact The junior wideout showed why he's considered among South Carolina's top deep threats and that 74-yard catch was one of only two successful passes on the day, and yet it produced a touchdown. With 141 yards, Jacobs posted his best yardage output of the season, demonstrating his ability to take over games when he beats man coverage or the deep ball works. Despite the loss, this performance makes him one of the few bright spots in South Carolina's down year. If the offense can clean up turnovers and improve consistency, Jacobs could emerge next season as a weekly must-start WR with serious upside.He reeled in 32 receptions for 548 yards and four touchdowns across 10 games.

LaNorris Sellers - Throws over 350 in loss Sellers was 23-for-42 passing for 381 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions during Saturday's 28-14 loss versus Clemson. He also had 12 rushes for two yards.

Impact Even though his team lost, Sellers delivered one of his most prolific passing games of the season, connecting on two explosive touchdown plays. His 381 passing yards show the potency of South Carolina's vertical attack when it's working. However, the defense and four turnovers by the Gamecocks derailed a ball-control and scoring rhythm, undercutting the impact of Sellers' yardage. The sophomore quarterback finished the regular season by completing 178 of 293 passes (60.8 percent) for 2,437 yards, 13 touchdowns and eight interceptions while carrying the ball 149 times for 270 yards and five scores.

Nyck Harbor - Big day in season finale Harbor (undisclosed) gathered in 6 of 9 targets for 115 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 28-14 defeat to Clemson.

Impact Harbor was preivously listed as questionable for Saturday's rivalry matchup due to an undisclosed injury that kept him out of South Carolina's previous contest against Coastal Carolina, but he was able to suit up against Clemson. The 6-foot-5 receiver didn't look too hampered by injury against the Tigers, logging season-high numbers in both receptions and yards on the day while finding the end zone for the fifth consecutive game. Harbor has gotten hot to end the season after a mediocre start, finishing the year with 30 receptions for 618 yards and six touchdowns through 11 games. With South Carolina finishing just 4-8 on the year, Harbor will look to the start of next season in Columbia, barring a possible entry into the NCAA transfer portal.
